𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 is used when we want to emphasize the action and the object of a sentence rather than subject. The subject is less important than the action itself were we don't know who or what the subject is.
